2018 Scholarship Application

How to Apply

Please review application instructions on youthemploymentcentre.ca prior to application. You may also meet with your employment counsellor for support for your application.

All applications will be evaluated by a selection committee appointed by YEC. Recipients will receive one cheque made payable to the educational institution selected for enrollment.

Application deadline is September 30th. Scholarship recipient will be selected and notified in October.

Must have registered of re-registered in 2018 to access services at YEC.

Must be enrolled in an accredited training, upgrading, apprenticeship or post-secondary program for a minimum of one semester and starting or continuing studies in January 2019.

Must not be related to an employee or be employed at YEC.

Must submit a targeted resume. (See question #10)
