The Organization for Associate Degree Nursing (OADN) proudly invites pre-licensure RN students to submit poster abstracts for the 2025 OADN Annual Convention, taking place November 20 – 22, 2025, at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel in the heart of Music City.

Submission Guidelines:
  • Abstracts that feature evidence-based practices, innovative projects, or data-driven outcomes are highly encouraged.
  • A maximum of four (4) presenters may be listed per abstract. The primary presenter will be the main contact and responsible for coordinating with co-presenters and OADN staff.
  • All presenters must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and affirm that the presentation content will not promote specific commercial products or services.
  • All student presenters must register at a discount student registration rate of $175. Registration fees, travel, lodging, and other expenses are the responsibility of presenters.

Abstract Submission Requirements
  • Poster Title
  • Background/Introduction (maximum 100 words)
  • Intervention/Description and/or Research Methods (maximum 100 words)
  • Findings/Results (maximum 100 words)
  • Conclusions (maximum 100 words)
  • PLEASE NOTE: Poster images are NOT submitted for the review.

Key Dates
Poster Abstract Submission Deadline: 5 PM Eastern, October 3, 2025

Submissions do NOT include designed posters or graphics. Students who are informed of their poster’s acceptance and accept the opportunity to present at the OADN Convention should move forward with designing and producing a poster that fits within these dimensions.

For logistical and space reasons, a maximum of four student presenters will be considered with your poster abstract submission. All student presenters must register and pay a reduced Student Registration Attendee Rate ($175) for the OADN Convention.

OADN is pleased to acknowledge the generous support from Post University for sponsoring the student poster awards. Thanks to their generous support, the top three student posters will be awarded:
First Prize: $750
Second Prize: $500
Third Prize: $250
