PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE IF YOU PLAN ON MAILING A CHECK.
As our response to slowing the spread of COVID-19, ALL 2020 Summer Institute workshops will be VIRTUAL. This is a huge change from our usual 2-day workshop with in-person interactions! Our instructors are working hard to modify their workshops so that we can continue to offer the wonderful professional development you know and love from the GTCC. Thank you for your patience as we adjust, and as always, we appreciate your participation in the Summer Institute. It is going to look different, but it will be a great and convenient way to earn renewal units and/or college credit!
PLEASE NOTE:
All workshops will require participation with a computer, laptop, or notebook, etc., with audio and video functions.
At the instructor’s discretion, each 2-day workshop will schedule (between 8:30 a.m.-Noon and 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. daily) live lecture and group work times, off-line work times, breaks as needed, lunch hours, etc.
Please make sure you register with the mailing address you use during summer months. Some workshops will be mailing materials packets.
You must register with an email address that is accessible to you during summer. Prior to the workshops starting, instructors will communicate via email with login details.
REGISTRATION POLICY:
REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT ONLY!
Registration is not valid without payment.
Your best chance to reserve a spot is to register early and submit payment online. GTCC accepts payments using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay online. Credit cards, debit cards, and checks are all accepted through PayPal. Purchase orders are accepted as payment when a purchase order number is included. If you do not have a PO#, contact Brianna.
EARLY-REGISTRATION:
It is important that you express interest in workshops early. Need for a particular workshop is determined by your interest. You will be notified mid-May if the workshop is not offered and your registration will be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be submitted before May 31, 2020 to Brianna by email, brianna@gtccmt.org or by phone (406)434-2745. Based on workshop availability; registration transfers may be permitted. No refunds will be given for no-shows. You or your school district will be invoiced for outstanding balances.
REFUND POLICY:
NO refunds after May 31, 2020. If a workshop is full before payment is received, you will be refunded.
