Safety: We require that you check the valve and give us your feedback every month for the first three months, and then every three months afterwards. Product : You will be asked questions regarding how the product is working whenever you change the oil during the monitoring period. Removal: The monitoring period ends after a year from the installation date. We provide the replacement of either the new valve or an OEM drain plug along with a return label to return the sample product. We will compensate you for the oil used (up to $50) for the removal of the product after receiving your feedback on the removal and a purchase receipt of the oil.
