Thank you for participating in the Suffolk Association Needs Assessment. This assessment is open to anyone who owns Suffolk sheep, USSA or UJSSA membership is not required. It is estimated that this assessment will take approximately 30 minutes. The information gathered will be used in future long range planning by the USSA Board of Directors.

Participants who complete this assessment and include contact information will be entered into a drawing for two $50 Amazon gift cards.
