NOW Program - Previous Recipient Survey

All recipients of NOW funding are required to complete and submit this survey prior to being considered for additional NOW funding.

We are collecting information relating to how the funds you previously received, have affected your business. In order for the NOW Program to track who has completed the survey, please ensure that you submit your email address when prompted to do so and that the email address you submit, matches the one indicated within your current NOW SME application.
