YCJUSD Parent Engagement Survey

The Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District is very interested in working with families to support students. We are asking families to complete the following Parent Engagement Survey to better understand the relationships we have between families and schools.

The survey consists of 19 items. In the first item, you will be asked to select the school your child attends. If you have multiple children attending different schools, we invite you to take the survey once for each school. The remaining 18 items are presented as a statement. For each statement, please select one of the following response options: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neither Agree nor Disagree, Disagree, or Strongly Disagree.

Information collected from this survey will be used to develop programs and services to better serve our students and their families. Your feedback is appreciated, and we thank you for it.
