The Pro Directory: Special & General Education Provider Directory

The Monmouth Beach SEPAG would like your help in creating a directory of general and special education providers used by parents in the Monmouth Beach School community.

The directory is intended to be a resource for all Monmouth Beach School community families and is intended to provide the names and contact information of provides - from speech and occupational therapists, to tutors (general and specialist) and those providing therapy and evaluations.

The names listed in the directory are not intended to be recommendations of the Monmouth Beach Special Educaction Parent Action Group (SEPAG) or Monmouth Beach School, but are an alphabetical list of providers used by our community's parents and families.

The information provided in this survey is anonymous, but critical to the work being undertaken by MBSEPAG and the Monmouth Beach School to advance the education and welfare of all children attending Monmouth Beach School, now and in the future. Thank you for sharing.

Please provide the name (first, last) and contact information (email, cell/phone) of all professionals or organizations involved in special education diagnosis and therapy.

Please provide information on services you have used in the past 3 years and indicate what services you used them for. Eg: Dr XYZ, occupational therapy (email or company website); Mrs ABC, psychological evaluation; Dr EFG, ADHD evaluation.

Services may include speech and occupational therapists, psychological evaluations; behavioral evaluations and therapy, among others.

Services may include hearing, vision, primary and pediatricians, specialist care such as endocrine, dermatology, allergy/immunology, among others.
