Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Coursera Partners Conference, hosted by University of London on April 2-4, 2019! We’re looking for submissions that speak to the future of education: what will higher education look like in 5-10 years, and what current emerging trends are giving us a glimpse of that future?

Topic Areas
The proposed conference topics listed here offer you an opportunity to explore areas of interest related to scaling online learning, pedagogy, education policy, and the future of work. These subject areas are meant to provide you with examples — but we encourage original submissions. If you have ideas outside of the topics outlined below, please share them with us. We’re excited to learn more from you!

Next steps
Please read the submission and deadline details below before submitting your topic. Following these guidelines will ensure that your submission moves through our review process smoothly.

Guidelines:

Session Presenters:
  • Individual submissions only. We cannot accept group session submissions. If your submission is accepted, the single presenter listed on this form will be invited to present.
  • Individuals submitting to present in a session are strongly encouraged to also apply to present a poster session.
  • Final presentation slides and/or other presentation materials must be shared with the Coursera team by Monday, March 18, 2019.
  • AV & Media - Standard audiovisual equipment will be provided: data projector connected to a Mac laptop, an Internet connection, and a screen. (Note: Presenters should plan to use the provided Mac laptop computer to avoid interruptions during sessions). Microphones will be supplied in larger rooms as needed.
Poster Presenters:
  • Poster submissions: both individual and group submissions will be considered.
  • The poster size cannot exceed 24×36 inches (60.96×91.44 cm). Horizontal or vertical posters are acceptable.
  • Presenters are responsible for printing and transporting their posters to the conference venue.
  • Coursera will provide each poster presenter with space and mounting materials to display one poster.
Want to present on more than one topic? If you’d like to present on more than one topic, you will need to submit this form again. Each proposal must be submitted individually.

Deadlines:
All submissions are due by Thursday, September 13th, 2019 by 11:59 PM Pacific Time. If your submission is accepted, we will notify you via email on or before January 25, 2019 (to give you time to register at the Early Bird rate).

If you have any questions regarding the submission process, please contact us at conference@coursera.org.

We look forward to seeing you in London!
