Remake Learning Days (May 17-25, 2018) is a nine day celebration showcasing activities and events that make West Virginia a recognized national leader in innovative teaching and learning. The Education Alliance is offering grants of $250 - $1,000 for schools, districts and non-profit organizations to host an event during Remake Learning Days. Remake Learning Days events should create future-ready, hands-on, relevant and engaging educational experiences for kids and their families, caregivers and educators. Events can feature STEM, STEAM, maker and other technology-enhanced learning opportunities in West Virginia. Events should be open to the general public. In 2018, there are highlighted themes for Remake Learning Days. The themes include: Maker, Science, Technology, Arts, Youth Voice and Outdoor Learning. These themes do not have to occur on particular days; you are welcome to schedule your events as convenient for you and your audience during Remake Learning Days.
