Hello teachers,

We are very excited that you and your students will be joining us for this event! Each year, students utilize this opportunity to showcase their science research and share their work with fellow students, scientists and educators. GLOBE Mission EARTH is proud to host the SATELLITES Conference again this year, and we look forward to seeing you and your students!

It is very important that we get an accurate count of teachers and students who will be attending the conference, as well as project team members and project titles. Please fill out the below information as accurately as possible. Once submitted, you cannot go back in and edit the form.

For student project information, please fill in project team members and project titles as accurately as possible. Encourage your students to commit to a line of research and settle on a project title sooner than later. This will help them to stay focused in their research. However, if you do not yet know the titles of any projects by the time you submit this form, please just put "TBD" (to be determined) so that any students who want to attend can do so. It is very difficult for us to include students on the day of the conference for whom we have had no prior information. Also, note that we use this information to generate our scoring sheets for the judges and name badges, so it is very important that we have accurate student names, team members and project titles. Student projects can be individual or teams (up to three students), and there is no limit to the number of students you may bring.

Every student who participates in SATELLITES is also required to have their parents sign the NASA Media Release Form. Please have these signed forms with you when you check in on the day of the event.

The NASA Media Release Form can be found here:
