The Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) of Prospect High School is an official organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators and student leaders. We work together to build community and improve the educational experience of students at Prospect and to address the issues and concerns of our stake holders.  All parents are encouraged to be part of the PTSA.

In our fall meetings our parents expressed interest in sponsoring more programs for parents and students. To get a broader understanding of our parents interests and concerns, we would like to know what you would like to see PTSA focus on and how familiar you are with our organization. Please take this survey to share your thoughts.

* 1. Which grades are your children in at Prospect?

* 2. Are you familiar with the PTSA?

* 3. PTSA Sponsors a Membership Drive each school year to collect donations to fund PTSA sponsored programs at Prospect such as student scholarships, teacher grants, Open House, student programs and staff recognition.  Did you donate to this drive?

* 4. Please rank in order of importance to you the programs that PTSA supports (1 being the highest ranking and 6 the lowest):

* 5. What are your oldest child's plans after high school?

* 6. Does your child plan to take the SAT or ACT tests for college entrance?

* 7. What kind of educational programs are you interested in for your student? Check all that apply

* 8. PTSA is looking at sponsoring programs for parents and extended family to help teenagers succeed as students and adults. Which programs would you be interested in attending? Check all that apply

* 9. Would you as a parent/caregiver be willing to pay a nominal fee for quality programs that PTSA brings to you?

* 10. Would you like to join the PTSA monthly newsletter email list to be made aware of our upcoming programs and activities?
