YAP Ireland 2024 Staff Opinion Survey

YAP Ireland are interested in your views of working with us as it helps us to make sure that we are offering high quality services to young people and families. One of the tools we use is the Staff Opinion Survey. YAP Ireland is carrying out this survey amongst our Advocate & Staff to benchmark ourselves in a number of key areas.

This year’s survey is for all staff.

We are asking everyone to take 10 minutes to complete the survey between October 14th 2024 - November 1st 2024.

We will not be sharing or using this information for any other purposes.

Please ensure you have enough time (at least 10 minutes) to complete the survey in one sitting. You will not be able to save your answers and return back at a later stage.

All questions must be answered.

There are 33 questions in total, divided into four sections.

o Working in YAP

o Working Relationships & People Management

o Supervision & Performance

o Learning & Development

After you have completed all the questions within the survey, please ensure you submit them.

The information goes directly to Adare Trusted People Partners for collation and the summary of the findings will be presented back to the Board and Management at YAP shortly thereafter.
