Consent to Participation

You are invited to participate in a voluntary, internal survey conducted by our partners with TNT Justice consultants that is focused on understanding and improving police recruitment practices within the Alberta Police services. This survey is intended for police stakeholders, whose insights will help inform more effective, equitable, and responsive recruitment processes.

For the purpose of this survey, stakeholders will be defined as individuals, groups, or organisations that have an official interest in or are affected by a particular police service or its activities.

Purpose of the Survey

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on your experiences and perspectives regarding recruitment of police officers in the Province of Alberta from initial outreach through candidate selection. Your responses will contribute to the development of improved strategies, policies, and practices.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes. Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to answer any question, and you can stop the survey at any time without any consequences.
