Introduction:

This survey is intended primarily as a dialogue and communication tool. The survey is intended for every member, regular attendee and occasional visitor. Please do not feel obligated to answer every question.  It is quite long and there may be a section or two you feel unable to speak to – that’s fine.  As much information as you can provide will be gratefully received. 

We have found that people plan their comments more carefully when they have put their name on the survey so we ask that you do so.  Any surveys without names, unfortunately, will not be included in the results pool. 

Our intention is to use this data for our late January/early February Board deliberations so please return your survey by December 25th.   Thank you so much for taking the time to fill in this survey.
