SISTERSOFYOGA- Photographer & Videographer Application

Thank you for your interest in joining our event media team who will be responsible for capturing the essence of our Sisters of Yoga (SOY) Community Wellness Social in partnership with Adidas and Wanderlust. Sisters of Yoga (SOY) is a global wellness collective that blossomed out of the necessity for representation and community healing. SOY is dedicated to inspiring visibility, building community, and creating safe spaces for women of color to explore self, heal traumas, and cultivate a healthy, sustainable lifestyle through yoga and mindful living. 

Please fill out the application, and selected photographers and videographers will be notified via email, with further informations on assignments and arrival/departure times.

SISTERSOFYOGA MEDIA TEAM INFORMATION:

Media team must attend a mandatory briefing call, and in-person briefing on the day of their shift. Shifts may be shorter than indicated, but please apply only if you are available for the full duration of the time frame.

PHOTOGRAPHERS (3 positions available):

General Event Photographer:
Responsible for capturing guests, the crowd, connection candids, and overall details.

Portrait / Lifestyle Photographer:
Responsible for capturing portraits of guests, yoga class, panel, and marketplace details, and general vibe.

SOY Founders + Team Candids & Photo Wall Photographer:
Responsible for capturing SOY founders + core team throughout event.
Also responsible for capturing guests at the official SISTERSOFYOGA Photo Wall.


VIDEOGRAPHERS (2 positions available)

General Event Videographer:
Responsible for capturing the overall event including setup, special features, yoga classes, marketplace details, panel, and vibe.
Final deliverable is a teaser video (0:15-0:30) and a full length video (3:00 - 4:00).

Yoga Class, Panel & Sister Testimonial Videographer
Responsible for capturing yoga class, panel, and "man on the street style" testimonials from social guests.
Final deliverable is a teaser video (0:15-0:30) and a full length video (3:00 - 4:00).
