West Covina Budget Survey FY2026-27

The City of West Covina works hard each year to create a Budget and a Capital Improvement Plan that will move the City forward and address the needs and priorities of the community and City Council. The City would like to know what you consider a priority for the 2026-2027 Budget and Capital Improvement Program.
