Year Seven learning@chauncy Parental Form |
learning@chauncy
Dear Parent \ Carer
I am writing to invite you to our learning@chauncy evening which will take place between 6.30pm and 8.30pm on Tuesday 22nd September 2015.
This exciting event has the aim of enabling parents to sample the Chauncy classroom experience working alongside their child on a variety of short tasks. We will have two formal classroom based lessons, lasting 20 minutes each, one information session on using our suite of online ICT resources and a presentation by Mr O’Sullivan (which will include developing good study skills and effective routines to promote learning at home). The evening will finish with refreshments at 8.30pm in the Dining Hall.
Each child will have an individual timetable which we will send home nearer to the date.
So that we can organise groups and refreshments, please complete the form below by Monday 14th September 2015.
If you have any questions about the evening please e-mail me via belinda.martin@chauncy.org.uk or telephone 01920 411200.
Yours faithfully,
Mrs Belinda Martin
Primary Liaison Coordinator.
