We are now accepting vendor applications for The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA! We will accept applications through Sunday, November 15th. The market will take place indoors at ONE DAYTONA, Suite B220, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, on Saturday, December 5th, and Saturday, December 12th, from 3 PM to 7 PM. Vendor setup will be from 9 AM to 2:30 PM. The booth fee is $60 per market or $100 if you sign up for both dates. All vendors will be required to complete and sign a booth display agreement before the event date. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including tables, chairs, linens, and any other display materials needed for their booth. We look forward to welcoming you to The Wonderland Holiday Market for two festive days of holiday shopping and supporting small businesses!

The undersigned (“Vendor”) warrants and represents that I have read, understand and voluntarily agree to the following:

Indemnification, Hold Harmless, Assumption of Risk, Insurance and Choice of Venue

1. As part of my participation in Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and to waive, release and discharge, The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, its sponsors, principals, members, officers, agents, and employees (hereinafter referred to as the Released Parties) from any and all claims, actions, damages, suits, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may arise out of or result from any damage, loss or injury to me, or to any property owned by me or which may be under my control, whether caused by the acts or omissions of the Released Parties, other Vendors, attendees of The Market or otherwise, while participating in Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA. Further, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, actions, damages, suits, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may arise out of my acts or omissions while I am participating in Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA.

2. I am aware of the risks involved with my participation in Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, and I acknowledge my decision to participate in The Market with the knowledge that my participation may be hazardous to me and/or my property. I assume responsibility for any risks of damage, loss or injury to me, or to any property owned by me or which may be under my control, whether caused by the acts or omissions of the Released Parties, other Vendors, attendees of The Market or otherwise, while I am participating in Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA.

3. I understand that the Released Parties do not provide any health, medical, disability, personal injury, property damage, or other liability insurance coverage for the benefit of the Vendors participating in Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA. VENDORS PARTICIPATING IN WONDERLAND HOLIDAY MARKET @ ONE DAYTONA, ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAINTAIN MEDICAL, HEALTH, LIABILITY, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.

4. I understand and agree that this Indemnification, Hold Harmless and Waiver of Liability shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and in the event any clause or provision of this document shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of the document.
Booth Information

1. Booth space is 10 feet by 10 feet.

2. Booth spaces shall at all times be used by Vendors in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, laws, ordinances, regulations and rules, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and similar state or local laws relating to non-discrimination and physical accessibility for visitors with disabilities. Vendors shall set up and break down their tents in accordance with the specifications of Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, as may be in effect from time to time. Set up must be completed before the start of The Market and break down shall not commence until The Market has ended. Set up, display of artwork and any related promotional activities must be conducted in a manner so that none of the merchandise or other property of Vendor is located outside the designated booth space. No person or entity other than the Vendor shall carry out promotional activities from, out of or within any booth space. No kites, balloons, or other flying or lighter than air advertisements or promotional material shall be flown, raised, or otherwise launched from, out of or attached to any booth space. No loudspeakers, bullhorns or any other equipment or device to generate or emit music and/or loud noises from, out of or within any booth space may be used by Vendors. The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, reserves the right to require Vendors to cease any promotions or displays which, at the sole discretion of Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, are deemed to be a nuisance, to be unduly annoying, to be interfering with other Vendors or interfering with the experience of The Market guests.

3. Booth spaces will be marked. Please refer to The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, map for booth layout and numbering. Booths may be set up starting Saturday, December 5th at 9 am. Each Vendor is responsible for his/her own display in case of loss or damage. We cannot provide assistance with booth setup. Vendors may pay an electricity fee for access to booths with electricity. Power is only available to a limited number of booths. Booth assignments and additional Market information will be sent by email prior to The Market. No changes of booth assignments will be made unless directed by Market Directors (Please know that security is not authorized to make booth changes).

4. The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, will not be able to booth or display equipment. Contact Special Event Services at www.iamevents.com for rental availability.
General Information

1. Vendors agree to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, related to the Vendor’s participation in The Market. The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules related to The Market.

2. The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, will go on rain or shine. However, The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, organizers reserve the right to delay booth set-up, and/or reschedule or cancel The Market in the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation of The Market, there will be no refunds of fees. The organizers of Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA shall not be responsible to refund fees in the event The Market does not take place due to unforeseen circumstances or conditions or events beyond the control of the organizers of The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA.

3. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any applicable permits that may be required to do business in Daytona Beach, Florida.

4. Vendors agree to allow any images included with their application or video/photographs taken at The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, to be used for publicity and advertising of The Market.

5. Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying Florida Sales Tax on all sales made during The Market. The current tax rate for Florida/Volusia County is six and one-half percent (6.5%). Reporting forms will be provided by Florida Department of Revenue at check-in or may be obtained at htm://dor.my:florida.com/Pages/forms index.asP-x.

I agree that the submission of my Market application and my signing of this form confirms my commitment to abide by The Market rules and regulations as established by The Wonderland Holiday Market @ ONE DAYTONA, including but not limited to, the terms in this agreement.
