Community Choice Health Summit in Mat-Su is happening this fall for the Big Lake and Houston communities! This inspiring and energetic event is a planning day for residents to generate project ideas answering the question,
“What inspiring wellness initiative deserves your community’s attention in the next 365 days?” Participants will vote on 1-2 projects to prioritize and receive seed funding from the
Mat-Su Health Foundation! It's an all day event (9am-3:30pm) on October 11th at Houston High School. Breakfast and lunch will be provided!
