MAR is gathering information from current and prospective instructors to help expand and strengthen both our Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) program and MAR Online Learning Center offerings.

The MAR GRI Program is delivered live via Zoom, while Online Learning Center courses are prerecorded and completed by students in a self-paced format.

Eligibility Requirements
Please note:
  • Instructors teaching Massachusetts Continuing Education (CE) courses for MAR must be approved as a Massachusetts real estate instructor through the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
  • Instructors teaching within the MAR Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Program must also hold the GRI designation.
