Accessibility Survey

GRS has an Accessibility Plan to address barriers in policies, practices and procedures.  Additionally, our staff work with county and local cities to address barriers identified in the community.

Our Accessibility Committee strives to identify, remove and prevent barriers to accessibility which will enhance service standards for all people receiving GRS’ services, CMG services and citizens and visitors.

We have created this survey and are asking for your input and assistance in assuring we meet the needs of our community. Our community is the people supported, staff, visitors and citizens.

Please take a few minutes to answer this short survey to aid us in this pursuit.
