How would you feel about paying a small fee for composting paper and biodegradable bags?

We'd like to switch to bio-degradable bags and allow you to return bio and paper bags to us for composting.  We'd need to charge a small fee to do that.  The bio-degradable bags are 4 times the cost of plastic. The more we can charge, the more we can compost.  We need your input.
