10 Question Survey on Your Lived Experience of Identity Theft or Fraud in Canada

Have you ever experienced consumer fraud or identity theft as a resident in Canada?

This survey aims to gather insights to help Stealth Docs Inc. discover and develop tools and support systems for fraud victims. Our research team comprises of five university students in the Venture for Canada's Intrapreneurship Program.

The survey will take only a few minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential and will be used solely for research purposes. You can answer on behalf of a loved one with their consent.
