EFR212 Federally Speaking - the History and Future of Our Most Important Historic Preservation Laws

The learning objectives for this session were:
1. Participants will gain knowledge of the history and theory behind historic preservation laws
2. Participants will discuss the viability of the laws moving into the 21st century
3. Participants will learn basic tenants of the NHPA, NEPA, Section 4(f), NAGRPA, Antiquities Act, etc.
4. Participants will be able to apply knowledge learned to legal issues in the field.
