Facilitated by Elwood, Program Supervisor at Multnomah County Health Services Center, this monthly gathering of HIV providers and their support staff, and administrators in Oregon and SW Washington will develop protocols for the adoption of Rapid Starts for newly diagnosed, new to care, and out of care clients with HIV in the region. Immediate antiretroviral therapy (ART) or “Rapid Start” refers to “starting HIV treatment as soon as possible after the diagnosis of HIV infection, preferably on the first clinic visit (and even on the same day the HIV diagnosis is made).”

We will meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month via Zoom from 12pm-1pm, from September 2025-May 2026. We will not meet in December.
