This survey is to help the Leland School District better prepare for the Spring of the 2021 school year. We ask that you please complete the survey for each child that will attend the Leland School District for the remainder of the 2021 school year.

Your response will help guide us in the planning and decision making process for the next school year. It will also provide us with valuable information to share with the Mississippi Department of Education. Please understand that these questions are only for internal planning purposes. Future guidance from the Mississippi Department of Education, the Mississippi Department of Health, and elected officials may alter these plans.
