HHFMA Payor Mix Data Survey

Dear HHFMA member,
 
We have a crucial data project that needs your help. Congressional supporters have asked that we provide the best data possible that shows the degree to which traditional Medicare Fee-for-Service subsidizes Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other payers. Since the cost report does not have specific data on each payer costs and revenues, we need to gather the information through this survey.  Please complete and return the survey as soon as possible. We are trying to crate the foundation for help with the 2024 Medicare rate cut before the congressional year runs out.
