CAMSC Trade Mission — Expression of Interest / Application

CAMSC will host a series of international trade missions through March 2027, providing participating suppliers with opportunities to explore new markets and build international business relationships.

Activities may include curated B2B matchmaking, market briefings, trade shows and conferences, buyer engagement, and networking opportunities. Final dates, destinations, and programming will be confirmed with selected participants.

Eligible participants may receive financial support for certain approved mission expenses through CanExport Associations funding via CAMSC. Support and eligible expenses typically includes 50% economy airfare, 50% of a daily per diem towards hotel & meals, 50% registration fees. Final amounts will vary by mission and will be confirmed with selected participants.

Suppliers may express interest in multiple missions. Please select only those you would realistically be able to attend if invited.

Information provided may be shared with CAMSC's program and trade mission partners as required to assess supplier readiness, market fit, potential B2B opportunities, program delivery, and reporting. Personal or commercially sensitive information will not be made public without consent, except where disclosure is required for program administration, funding, or legal purposes.

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. CAMSC will select participants based on factors including supplier readiness, market fit, available business opportunities, program capacity, and partner input.

Where financial assistance is available through CanExport Associations or another funding source, reimbursement is subject to applicable program rules and documentation requirements. Final eligibility decisions rest with the funder. Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and eligible receipts and may be required to repay amounts determined to be ineligible or incorrectly reimbursed.

Selected delegates are expected to participate fully in required mission programming, which may include briefings, B2B meetings, networking events, conferences, receptions, and other scheduled activities. CAMSC reserves the right to modify programming or withdraw an invitation where necessary.

Mission dates and activities may change. Participants should not make non-refundable travel arrangements until CAMSC confirms the applicable mission dates, requirements, and available travel guidance or negotiated rates.
