Recently you were invited to participate in a short survey concerning changes to the Multi-Family and Commercial Recycling Program fee structure. The fee structure change is one of several proposed amendments to Chapter 10, Article IV of the County Code, being brought forward by County staff. The other recommendations are intended to clarify and update certain definitions and recycling requirements. The Solid Waste Bureau is now soliciting your feedback on the six most substantive changes proposed to Chapter 10, Article IV of the County Code.
