WHPS 2015 Climate & Evaluation Staff Survey - KP Middle School

Dear Staff,
This is a two part survey.

Part 1 is a state mandated survey we are undertaking as part of the CT School Climate Statute. This survey came from the state and is designed to address school climate issues. We are also surveying students in grades 3-12 at each school and the parents at each school.

Part 2 will provide feedback to your school's leadership of your teaching environment and leadership.
