The SPIPA Cancer Programs help to pay for the cost of cancer screenings, diagnostics, and cancer treatment for SPIPA Consortium Tribal Clinic patients who need assistance with travel to appointments.

The information being asked below will be used to determine your eligibility for travel assistance in the amount of $100 per year (July-June).
