Standards for Virtual Care in Ontario by CASLPO Audiologists and SLPs Survey

This is your opportunity to have your say regarding the College's standards.

The Practice Matters Committee (a committee of Council) directed the College to revise the Position Statement on the Use of Telepractice Approaches in Providing Services to Patients and Clients to reflect current approaches, use and technology and to develop standards. The College recruited an Advisory Working Group comprising audiologists and SLPs from across the province providing virtual care services to different patient populations to review and revise the new standards.

Council has approved the Standards for Virtual Care in Ontario by CASLPO Audiologists and SLPs for stakeholder response . All feedback will be considered prior to publication.

As with the review of all CASLPO documents, you may collect CLACs for evaluating these standards and completing the survey.

The deadline for review is July 20th, 2020.
