2021 League InfoSight Survey

Thanks to the constant feedback from our credit unions, we have been able to reinvent our products.  Many of the changes that we make are a direct result of suggestions from you!  So, thank you for continuing to make our products better.

Since another year has passed with a tremendous amount of change, we are hoping to again get your feedback on what you believe we have done well and where we have opportunities to make our products/support even better!

13.Recovery Pro is our newest product that provides model content to credit unions to help them develop a business continuity plan ($249 annually for credit unions that are members of their League/Association). It utilizes the same technology as CU PolicyPro, allowing credit unions to customize, publish and assign tasks. Does your credit union have a system in place to help with business continuity planning?(Required.)
