Thank you for taking the time to fill in this survey on your own experiences with hearing loss!

The Ida Institute is an independent, non-profit organization working to integrate person-centered care in hearing rehabilitation, and with your input will enable us to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges that people with hearing loss meet in daily life.

Please keep in mind that there are no right or wrong answers – what we are looking for is for you to share your personal perspective and experiences. We do not expect you to write a lengthy essay – a few paragraphs for each question will suffice.
