Do you support Labour's plans for Digital ID?

Dear West Suffolk resident

A number of people have written in to ask me my position on the Government's plan to introduce mandatory digital ID cards. I am opposing this. If you would like to read more, please click here.

1.The Labour Government has announced plans to introduce Digital ID for all UK citizens. Do you support the idea?
2.Digital ID did not feature in Labour’s manifesto. Should there be a public debate/consultation on the issue?
3.Currently, Passports and Driving Licences are used as photographic ID. Do you think this approach is inadequate?
