1. Consent to Proceed

This form allows you to submit either general concerns or a formal Building Code complaint to the Town of Paradise. By proceeding, you acknowledge:

This form may be used for general input or formal Building Code complaints; only submissions that meet eligibility requirements will be processed as formal complaints.
All submissions are reviewed for completeness and relevance to potential Building Code violations; non-code issues (such as aesthetic or general workmanship concerns) may not be accepted for formal review.
Eligible complaints may be referred for independent review, and confirmed violations may result in administrative action, including potential issuance of a Strike against the Permit Applicant as defined by the Town of Paradise Municipal Code.
Submission does not guarantee review, findings, or enforcement, and some submissions may result in no further action or referral to other resources.
Certain concerns may be more appropriately addressed through contractors, the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), or other avenues, and this form does not initiate action with those entities.
Information may be used for complaint review, CAP implementation, and program-level analysis.
