Conestoga Country Club Capital Improvement Plan and Assessment Vote

The Board of Governors is recommending that members vote “YES” for the following capital improvements and assessment rates:

Capital Improvements:

· Replace the irrigation system

· Pool resurfacing and retiling

· Interior clubhouse improvements

· Replace 50% of the cart paths (remaining 50% will be done when we have additional money)

The other capital improvements in the capital improvement plan will be done later based on available funding.

Assessment Rates:

· $6,750 for all golf membership classifications;

· $1,000 for social members;

· $250 for dining members.

The specific payment terms and other details about the assessment are described on pages 29-31 of the attached presentation.
