MYAN Australia - Employment paper

MYAN Australia will be developing a paper that concerns the topic of employment among migrant and refugee young people.

· Consultations with youth on employment is being planned to complement an employment paper that has been in development at the national level for the last few months.
· Paper aims to provide a national overview of youth employment with a focus on young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
· Consultations with youth is important to directly inform this paper.
· Two national teleconferences were held with the sector so far.
· Paper is aimed to be finalized in April 2018 and will be public.
