Community Living Essex County - Staff Survey

Community Living Essex County (the Agency) is currently updating its Strategic Planning process and is seeking input from its key stakeholders. The purpose of this survey is to begin the process of developing strategic directions for the future of the Agency. Obtaining your input on these questions will provide important information to assist in the creation of our strategic plan.   Please NOTE that the survey DEADLINE has been EXTENDED to JANUARY 15th. Please note that your answers are CONFIDENTIAL.

* 8. Question #8: COVID has significantly impacted people supported, families, staff and agency operations. It has also provided new understandings about abilities and choices of some people served. Future services will be changed because of the pandemic, (for example new virtual offerings for community participation will remain an option post-pandemic). How do you want to see the Agency continue to respond through the end of the pandemic?
