What is SOLEAS? SOLEAS is a groundbreaking research initiative developing innovative solar photoreactors. It harnesses sunlight to produce sustainable chemical energy and the carrier’s ammonia and ethene to produce further materials. Our technology is a significant step in sustainable chemical energy production.
Purpose of the Survey:
- To derive and develop a prosumer concept for integrating energy and chemical production. For more information on the prosumer concept see our video: Introduction-VIDEO
- To collect data for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) calculations
- To gather practical insights for the design and requirements of a SOLAR-Reactor
Survey ContentThe questionnaire is tailored to different sectors (e.g. biogas, chemical industry, energy providers, public sector).
Depending on your sector, you will be asked about:
- Your organisation and operational context
- Energy use, infrastructure, and production processes
- CO₂ streams and potential for utilisation
- Interest in new technologies for ethene or ammonia production
- Market, economic, and sustainability aspects
Your input will help ensure that the developed solutions are aligned with real-world needs and conditions.
All responses can be made anonymous and participation is entirely voluntary.
