2. Remember when we talked about how recognizing progress is an important part of learning? It helps reward the brain and directs our attention toward where we're going rather than where we haven't arrived yet. Looking back over this past week, what progress—large or small—can you recognize and appreciate in yourself?

3. Can you think of a specific situation where you responded, thought, communicated or felt even slightly differently than you might have before?

4. We discovered that being busy, overloaded or frustrated is not necessarily the same as being emotionally stressed or threatened. Think back over this past week. Was there a moment when you experienced pressure, frustration or overwhelm? What was actually happening—and what do you notice now about your response?

5. Remember our exploration of intent—shifting attention from "What am I going to say?" toward "How do I want the other person to feel?" Think of a meeting or conversation you've had since the workshop. What was your intent? What happened when you focused on that?

6. We explored responsibility as our "ability to respond." Think of something this week that didn't go exactly as you wanted. Looking at it now, what possibilities do you have to respond, learn, improve or create something better from it?

7. We talked about fear not necessarily being something we need to eliminate. It can increase alertness, preparation and readiness. Think of a moment this week when you noticed fear, nervousness or uncertainty. Were you able to embrace it in a different way? What might that response have been trying to prepare you for—and how could you use it?
