You have been invited to participate in this survey by the New Orleans Food Policy Advisory Committee (FPAC). As an official advisory body to the City of New Orleans on food, FPAC is writing a resident-informed vision for urban agriculture in New Orleans.
The following questions will cover your experiences with urban agriculture, your views about community gardens and urban farms, and how you see the future of urban farming here in the city. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
Your participation will help us to describe resident perceptions of urban agriculture and to develop recommendations that will be shared with city council members and the public, with the broader aim of building a long-term vision for urban agriculture and a just food system in New Orleans. FPAC is committed to strategies that are inclusive, equitable, and power-building within communities.
