The Pennsylvania Department of Health continues working on the implementation of Act 16 of 2016, the medical marijuana program. In order to effectively respond to the needs of patients across the commonwealth, the department would like to collect information about Pennsylvania residents who are potentially eligible patients and their serious medical conditions.
