Understanding Access Barriers for Autistic Children and Young People in Devon |
Introduction
This neurodivergent-led project aims to make life a little easier for families with autistic children and young people by reducing the barriers faced when trying to access places and facilities in Devon.
Your answers will help us to create free training materials and toolkits for local businesses and organisations, to help them to make improvements.
All survey answers will be anonymous and confidential and you don't have to give any identifying details. Some quotes may be used as examples in the training materials, but these will be anonymised and no individual will be identified.
This survey is being carried out by a UK registered charity, The Creativity Centre Educational Trust, based in South Devon. We aim to improve people's lives through creative approaches to change. The project is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
You can contact us at caroline@creativitycentre.com. This survey should only take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
Please could you complete this as soon as possible to help us with our research? Two people will be drawn at random to win a £25 voucher each. Please leave your email or a mobile phone number at the end if you would like to be in with a chance of winning. We will text or email the winners when we have sufficient responses to the survey.
Thanks so much for your help!
