Purpose
We are planning a UK-based research trial to compare the effectiveness, acceptability and side effects of different hormonal medication for people living with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis. Your feedback will help us design a research trial that reflects what matters most to those with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis. This survey should take 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous.
