Staff Wellness and Break Spaces

Thank you for taking the time to reflect on the staff break and wellness spaces that are available here at the Hospital.

This survey is being presented by the Staff Advisory Committee, and seeks to gain feedback that will guide recommendations to the Senior Leadership Council. We are in the process of developing suggestions for new and improved staff wellness spaces, and want to make sure that many staff voices are included in the proposal.
