The Local Government Commission welcomes your feedback on the draft proposal for a combined district plan for all of the West Coast
 
The full draft proposal document can be found at www.lgc.govt.nz, or in council offices and libraries on the West Coast.

This online submission form is designed as an online way to provide us with some brief and extended responses using the Survey Monkey platform.  (Note that Survey Monkey does not provide you with the option of printing your online submission.) If you want to keep a printed copy for your records, and/or have more to say and/or want to attach additional information you can instead prepare a written submission, and then post or email it to us:

Please make sure that your submission reaches us by 4.00pm on Friday 25 May 2018.
Once your submission has been received, it becomes a public document. This means it may be made available on our website and to anyone who requests it. Personal information (address, contact numbers, emails) will be removed before it is released or published.
 
Commission hearings will be held on the West Coast on 30 and 31 May 2018 and will be open to the public. It is not necessary to appear in person for submissions to be given full consideration by the Commission. If you do wish to speak to your submission you can book a time slot and venue online at localgovernmentcommission.gettimely.com/book; or call the Commission on 0800816400.
