JBWC Permission Form

Your child has shown interest in participating in the Just Buffalo Writing Center. The JBWC is designed to aid young and emerging writers/artists (ages 12-18) in the cultivation of their writing skills. Dedicated to the empowerment of young voices, the JBWC provides access to writing workshops, literary events, and one-on-one assistance with homework, college readiness, and writing aptitude. The JBWC is free, open to the public, and welcomes all young and emerging writers to drop in and advance their writing skills. Learn more at justbuffalo.org.

While at the JBWC, your child may produce artwork we would like to consider for possible publication or on our website/social media outlets. Your signature on the form below grants permission to print your child's artwork, if selected, and to use any audio, video, or still photos for project evaluation, promotion, or development. *Please note that we also ask for your child’s permission to share their work/photos/videos.

This information also allows us to contact you regarding future publication opportunities or workshops for your child to participate in.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
