Dear Student,
This year you and your classmates will be participating in Better Together, an exciting intergenerational visitation program with your partnering senior facility . We hope that this program will be enjoyable and beneficial for both the students and the seniors.
Throughout the year we will be gathering information from the students, seniors and staff that will be used to learn how you are experiencing the program and how it is affecting you. The information will be used to continually improve the program to make it better for ALL of the participants.
This baseline survey will give us a snapshot of your attitudes and experiences with seniors as you enter the program. There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers, so please be as honest as possible. We will ask you to complete another survey in the Spring to learn get your feedback at the end of the year. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SURVEY EVEN IF YOU PARTICIPATED LAST YEAR! An outside evaluator will also be visiting some of the participating schools to see the program in action.
